1. Local Delivery Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard local delivery across Singapore:
- Standard Local Delivery (2-3 business days): $1.99 SGD
- Free Local Delivery: Free for all orders $50.00 SGD and above.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Status Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to monitor your parcel.
